A WORD TO BEGINNER GARDENERS: LIFE LESSONS & CONFIDENCE BOOSTER

It's a good time to start gardening no matter where you live. It seems to be a bit intimidating if you are completely new to this process. The signs of the time call for gardening! Increased food insecurities such as food shortages, ongoing inflation, tampering, and experimentation of our food are many reasons to start.

As a beginner gardener no matter how perfect you follow the directions on seed packets and other researched material there will be many disappointments and even failures. As time goes on you will gradually find new techniques for successful gardening. You will naturally begin to research other ways to help your garden thrive. The key is to NOT give up! There will be moments of frustration such as seeds that don't grow or only a small amount of crops grown after planting many seeds.

Check Out My Garden | Here's What I've Been Planting!

Gardening will teach you life lessons and that is to NEVER GIVE UP, especially on nature! I have truly seen miracles in my garden after major setbacks. Those miracles include crops that grew after two seasons, crops growing in unexpected places, or unplanted seeds lying on top of dirt but yet still growing! If you live in an area that has frost and it has passed, I would recommend starting with planting beans or potatoes, I personally believe these are easiest to grow and usually very hardy. It will give you the confidence you need to keep going!
