How can I or my company get started with your services?

​

• First, you will contact me for a free consultation. After the consultation, I will gather all of the information needed to start your digital marketing services. Your company will have to fill out a form.  You will get a proposal and I will take the deposit (first payment) After that, the project will start. After half of the project is complete and you’re satisfied, I will accept the final payment.

Will, there be unlimited revisions for my project?

• Yes, there are unlimited revisions for each project.

Will I be able to get a refund our company is unsatisfied.

​

• There will be no refunds for your deposit, once the project is started and the first deposit is paid, there will not be a refund issued. You will not be charged for a final deposit!!! The first initial deposit is for the services that will be done.

• If you or you’re company no longer want our services, the agreement will be canceled, and will be given access to all of the login information for your projects. You will be able to keep your digital marketing plan and it can be taken to another company for your digital marketing needs. If you or your company do not want to continue, we will not accept the final payment.

 

What is the turnaround time for me or my company's project?

• Most projects will take at least a week or two depending on how many projects and how long it will take for my questionnaires to be filled for your project, and the type of work that needs to be done.

• Yes, you will get a receipt for all services as well as an invoice listing all of the services being rendered.

• Yes, there will be a service agreement signed and it will be signed by my company.
